I am Renting A Condo. If a cash offer goes through how long before I have to Vacate?

The owner of the condo I live in states that he has a cash offer for the condo I am renting. If the sale goes through how long after the sale do I have to move out? I mean can they make me leave in like 3 days? (Please only answer if you really know.)
