I filed my taxes using turbo tax and i received two state checks but no federal check, where is it?

Federal may be delayed as there were some changes in the law that occurred late and they will wait to calculate them after they change some of their software. I am assuming that Turbo tax has incorporated the changes into their programs. The tax changes are in your favor.
