Will i get mine and my babys medical taken away?

i liv e in california and my family told me that i will probably get mine and my babies medical taken away because i got a loan of 10,000 dollars from the bank and they said that they will take it away because they are going to see that i could buy a car am not paying my cash the bank is loaning me it so i could give it to the car lot will they still take my medical and my babies? am 19 and i would say i probably make like 12,000 a year its not alot.
