Where can i withdraw a large amount of cash from my prepaid visa debit card?

My tax refund was deposited on a prepaid visa debit card. I need to know how I can withdraw large amounts of cash from the card. The ATM limit is $300. Will places like Amscot or a any check cashing store be able to help me? Or do I have to go to a bank? Thanks.
