How much would i expect to pay for a veterinary check up for a hamster?

my hamster is starting to look bloated around the stomach and trying to bite when handled, so i need to get him checked out. i'll be taking him regardless of cost, i just need to know what to expect because i don't have much in my debit account and i would need to get cash.
