When my job seeker allowance is stopped what benifit can I get as an alternative I worked for 32 years?

I worked for 32 years and recently became redundant .my job seekers was stopped as the job I was offered would have been impossible to get to at the time required as I dont drive. I find it difficult to talk to people face to face and am new to the benifit system and nothing is explained to me so I can understand. I have no money coming in and luckyly still live at home with my mum. She is only on state pension and should not have to keep me. Added to this I am an alcoholic and becoming depressed I am at my wits end. This has been wrirren for me as I am also dislexic.
