Another chickenpox question (adults this time)?

So my son has chickenpox, my husband has never had chickenpox as far as he knows and his immune system is also compromised. Has anyone else been in this situation that can offer some advice? It is not possible for him to keep away from my son as I have to work at night time so my husband will be the only person here and obviously he (my son) will need lots of cuddles because he is not feeling well.
